GENERAL INFORMATION
Deposit/Payment
A two hundred dollar ($200.00) non-refundable deposit
will hold your reservation definite. Total estimated charges are due three (3)
business days prior to your event date, along with a final guest count
guarantee, unless other arrangements have been approved.
Guarantees
The attendance must be clearly specified three (3) business days in advance of
the function or the estimated number will be used. This number is your guarantee
and may not be reduced. We will set and prepare for this amount.
Cancellations
Your non-refundable deposit is forfeited upon cancellation of your event. Any
function canceled less than thirty (30) days prior to the event is subject to
fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost of revenue. Full charges,
including food and beverages, will be levied for any function canceled less than
ten (10) days prior to the event. Estimated cost revenue is calculated and based
on the original commitment for banquet space being held on your behalf.
Linens
Various linen colors are available.
Table Specifications
Round tables of ten (10), head table, guest book and place card table will be
provided at no additional charge.
Dance Floor/Staging
A dance floor and area for your
musical group or disc jockey will be provided at no additional charge for
parties of ninety (90) or more. A charge of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00)
will be assessed for the dance floor for ninety (90) people and under.
Service Charge/Sales Tax
A service charge of sixteen
percent (16%) - or seventeen percent (17%) for weddings and formal functions -
and sales tax charges will be added to the food and beverage charges.
Menu
You may choose two (2) items from
whichever menu you have selected.
Food and Beverages
No food or beverages of any kind
will be permitted to be brought into Fiorillo's by the client or any of the
client's guests.
Cake Cutting
If providing your cake, there will
be a $1.75 per person cake cutting charge.
Set Up Charges
There will be $200.00 room set up
charge for weddings.
Smoke/Fog Machine
Please be aware that no smoke or
fog machines are allowed on the premises. Please ensure that your musical group
or disc jockey will be made aware of this restriction.
Property
Client assumes all financial
responsibilities for any property damage to Fiorillo's. Fiorillo's will not be
responsible for any items left in the banquet room after the function vacates
the premises. There is to be no confetti-type products brought into the banquet
room at any time.
Smoking Ordinance
Pursuant to City of Santa Clara
Ordinance #1634, NO SMOKING is allowed in the banquet room.
Final Payment
Your two hundred dollar ($200.00)
deposit will be applied towards your final payment. The balance of estimated
charges are due three (3) days prior to your event, along with your final guest
count guarantee.
Minimum
Eighty percent (80%) of your
estimated attendance will be established as your minimum guarantee at the time
of food preparation.
Labor Charge
A bartender fee of seventy-five
dollars ($75.00) per bartender will apply. If your event requires a chef to
carve (buffet meal), a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for two (2) hours
per chef, and fifteen dollars ($15.00) per hour thereafter will apply.
Miscellaneous
No charge for banquet room for
parties of forty (40) or more. There will be a charge of two hundred dollars
($200.00) for under forty (40). A raised head table is available.
